Problem Note 56843: Objects remain locked in SAS® Enterprise Case Management
Cases, incidents, and subjects might incorrectly remain locked in SAS Enterprise Case Management. The problem might occur when you click the back button to return to the previous screen before the current screen is loaded.
To work around this problem, wait until all screens are finished loading before you click the back button. If an object is already locked, ask an administrator to unlock the object.
